The people in your company were quick to act so the level of frustration at my end was minimal.

We have only used your product for a couple of weeks so far but are very impressed with the results. If the product continues to perform this well in the future, we will probably never use salt again. We currently have the cleanest shipping dock in the area. I am trying the product on a problem spot on my driveway. I will let you know how it worked soon.
